Privacy Policy

Logram LLC ("Logram", "we") builds and looks after websites, search listings, IT, and workflow automations for small businesses. This policy covers logram.io, the Logram client portal, the websites we host for our clients, and the IT and automation work we do for them.

1. What we collect

  1. (a)
    From you directly. Your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you book a call, contact us, or sign in to the portal, and the files and messages you send us there.
  2. (b)
    From accounts you connect. When you connect a service to the portal, we read what that service holds about your business so we can show it to you and manage it for you:
    1. (i)
      Google Business Profile: your listing, reviews, photos, posts, and counts of views, calls, direction requests, and website clicks.
    2. (ii)
      Google Search Console: the searches, pages, countries, and devices behind your traffic.
    3. (iii)
      Google Analytics: counts of visits to your website and where they came from.
    4. (iv)
      Facebook and Instagram: your Page's name, picture, follower counts, posts, and comments and ratings left on the Page, and the profile and media of the Instagram account linked to it.
  3. (c)
    From visitors to websites we host. What a visitor types into a contact form, and visit statistics collected with Google Analytics.
  4. (d)
    From IT and automation work. When we support your computers and network, or build and maintain an automation, we may see the files, emails, and records on those systems, including information about your customers. We access them only to do the work you asked for.
  5. (e)
    Payment details. Stripe collects and holds your card details. We see only the card brand, its last four digits, and your invoices.

2. How we use it

  1. (a)
    To provide the services you hired us for and show you the results in the portal.
  2. (b)
    To reply to reviews and publish posts on your listing or Page when you ask us to.
  3. (c)
    To send sign-in codes, receipts, and messages about your account.
  4. (d)
    To bill you.

3. What we do not do

  1. (a)
    We do not sell personal information.
  2. (b)
    We do not use data from your Google or Facebook accounts for advertising or to train AI models.
  3. (c)
    We do not let the AI providers behind your automations train their models on your data, as described in Section 4(c).
  4. (d)
    Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Who we share it with

  1. (a)
    We share information only with the companies that help us run the services, and only as far as they need it:
    1. (i)
      Google (Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Workspace)
    2. (ii)
      Microsoft (Microsoft 365, when you use it for business email)
    3. (iii)
      Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
    4. (iv)
      Stripe (payments)
    5. (v)
      Cloudflare (hosting, domains, and file storage)
    6. (vi)
      Resend (email delivery)
    7. (vii)
      Anthropic (AI assistance when building and editing your website)
  2. (b)
    An automation we build for you sends data to the automation platform and the AI providers it uses. Depending on the automation, those may include:
    1. (i)
      Anthropic (Claude)
    2. (ii)
      OpenAI (GPT)
    3. (iii)
      Google (Gemini)
    4. (iv)
      TypeSafe (Jev)
  3. (c)
    We tell you which providers an automation uses before it runs. We use those providers' business and API plans, under which your data is not used to train their AI models. Each provider handles the data under its own terms.
  4. (d)
    We also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The portal uses a cookie to keep you signed in. logram.io and the websites we host use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits.

6. How long we keep it

  1. (a)
    We keep your information while you are a client and for as long afterward as we need it for tax and accounting records.
  2. (b)
    Data read from a connected account is removed from the portal when you disconnect that account.

7. Deleting your data

  1. (a)
    You can disconnect Google or Facebook at any time from the portal, or remove Logram's access inside Google or Facebook themselves.
  2. (b)
    To have your account and everything we hold about you deleted, email hi@logram.io from the address on your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done, except for records the law requires us to keep under Section 6(a).

8. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it, at the address in Section 11.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date above. If the change is significant, we will email our clients.
